Introducing David Mühlbacher

In summer 2024 Stefan Kobrc founded Stereum Services FlexCo, a spin-off sister of RockLogic, to concentrate our Stereum business in.

Today, we present you the person responsible for this new company: DAVID MÜHLBACHER.

David has a deep technical understanding, coming from both his studies at TU Wien (Technical University Vienna) and FH Technikum Wien, where he specialized in mathematics and computer science. Both will come in handy when dealing with blockchain software and services.

As will David’s multiple and wide-spread experience in different fields of occupation. Doing voluntary work as well as freelancing as a programmer during his studies paved the way to becoming a teacher of mathematics later on. Perfecting his social skills at various general secondary schools throughout Vienna, David says: “The most beautiful experience there was helping bring young people on their way through life”.

At the same time, a new topic aroused his interest: Blockchains with their endless possibilites for shaping a different type of economy, going far beyond cyber currencies. It was the NFT Community that David dived into, learning as much as possible from books and podcasts. And as this passion grew, he started to visit blockchain events around the world and very quickly discovered that he wanted to be an acitve part of this new industry.

Happily, the Blockchain Community in Austria is a very busy one, making networking easy at various great events. When David attended our Stereum Workshop in December 2023, he got to know Stefan Kobrc, founder of RockLogic - who remembered David a couple of months later when looking for an apt personality to lead Stereum into the future.

Says Stefan: “When I first talked to David I was impressed by his enthusiasm for blockchain, something you normally don’t see with someone who doesn’t (yet) work in the industry. But David’s exhilaration was intriguing - this is exactly the type of people we are looking for at RockLogic and now Stereum Services.”

So, we welcome David in the Ethereum Community and are very happy to have him on board in this responsible role within our teams. We wish David every success while he makes his passion into his profession!
